Description: Feile Charn Tochair is a local community festival that celebrates the rich, cultural,
linguistic, environmental and archaeological heritage of the Maghera area. It is a
festival of fun and enjoyment for all ages and interests. Whether it is out-door
activities or more relaxing social evenings, this year s Feile has them all. The
festival has been running for over 10 years now and has been growing form
strength to strength each year.
As well as a week long Irish language summer school for the young, the festival
includes walks, talks and a wide selection of musical and cultural events and
workshops. There is something for all the family so why not join us for the craic!
